If you ship your return back to us:

1. You will need to ship with the provided pre-paid label within 5 days
2. You will receive your refund, eGift Card Refund, or your Exchange order will begin processing, once the return is delivered and processed by our warehouse

You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.
