When will I receive my refund or exchange?Updated 14 days ago

When you ship your return back to us:

1. Please send your parcel using the prepaid label provided within 5 days of printing your label.
2. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process it within 3-5 business days. We will then issue your refund or begin processing your exchange order.

We will email you a confirmation once processing is complete. Refunds may take a further 2-3 business days to appear in your original payment method.
