Rest easy, we offer free exchanges and easy returns. All refunds will be charged an 8% restocking fee on the returned product. Please place your requested exchange or return within 30 days from the date your order was placed at OluKai.co.uk. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. Within 3-5 business days of arrival, we will process your return and send you an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit refund.
We offer three options for returns and exchanges.
- Exchange for another color and/or size
- Exchange for a new style
- Return for a refund back to the original payment method
For exchanges. We will begin processing your new order or email your store credit as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.
For any order totaling over $700, returns will need to be processed by contacting our Aloha Experience Team. Thank you for helping us prevent fraud.
